Our goal is to ensure your daughter feels secure and empowered in her own skin, especially as she navigates the complexities of relationships.

About The ABC Program
- Mode of Delivery: A series of 4 engaging workshops that can be completed face-to-face or online via Zoom.
- Venue for Face-to-Face: Join us at Serenity Wellness, Fowler Street, South Shields for an immersive experience or join us from the comfort of your own home via Zoom.
- Face-to-Face Schedule: The live workshops will be kickstarting at 5 pm on Tuesday, 16th April. Sessions continue every Tuesday at 5 pm for four consecutive weeks, lasting about one hour each.
- Online Schedule: The virtual workshops will be kickstarting at 5 pm on Monday, 8th April. Sessions continue every Monday at 5 pm for four consecutive weeks, lasting about one hour each.
- Support: We recommend a parent’s presence during the first session for a comprehensive understanding of the program’s impact.
