Who can benefit?
Anyone can benefit, but my work is specifically aimed at teenage women and girls. Even though my book was aimed at teenagers originally, it has already helped many older women recognize red flag behaviours and helped them move on from abusive relationships.
What do I do?
I am an advocate for abuse prevention.
I wrote the book Be Kind No Excuses, which I would like to get into every school and college in the UK. Be Kind No Excuses is a book written especially for teenagers to help them recognize the red flag behaviours that are a precursor to abuse in relationships,
I offer one to one sessions and workshops which aim to help women in abusive relationships and also parents of teenagers who are experiencing abuse.
I facilitate workshops for teenagers to build their awareness of the signs to look for that indicate the start of abuse.
I run events and speak about intimate partner abuse.

Reviews
"Helping teenage girls to understand and learning how to tackle many challenges that life can throw at them is of paramount importance. Hearing about how to recognise abusive behaviour and domestic violence, from an experienced police officer is a great guidance for many. Highly recommend it."
